AI Sherpa is a Canadian-founded AI education practice headquartered in Muscat, running workshops for organisations across the Gulf and beyond.
Most AI training is delivered by people who have never shipped anything with AI. We took the opposite path. We use AI to run real businesses: design studios, retailers, industrial operations. Workshops are how we pass that on. We teach, we audit, and when you need builders we connect you with partners we trust. We don't implement, and that keeps our advice honest.

Saqib is a Canadian digital transformation specialist based in Muscat. His career sits in the gap between business operations and technology: founder of Sandcastle, a digital transformation consultancy working with businesses on three continents; co-founder of Scrapcash, a venture running live cash kiosks in Texas; and Director of the Innovation Campus at Tech Oman.
He teaches from deployment, not from slides.
