AI Sherpa is a Canadian-founded AI advisory, now headquartered in Oman. We work with organisations across the Gulf region and internationally — bringing practical AI expertise to businesses ready to move.
Our Story
AI Sherpa was co-founded by Saqib Ahmed Dadabhoy and Yasir Ghufran — two practitioners who combined deep AI implementation experience with proven outbound growth expertise to build an advisory that delivers real results.
Before founding AI Sherpa, Saqib led digital transformation at 1508 London, a luxury boutique interior design firm in London — embedding AI into operations where precision and taste matter as much as efficiency.
He also built SurfaceKit, a Shopify app that automatically enriches product data so AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can discover and recommend products.
That practitioner background is what sets AI Sherpa apart. We don't advise from slides — we build, test, and deploy the same tools we recommend. Our team brings experience across luxury design, retail, energy, logistics, and professional services.
Sandcastle is AI Sherpa's implementation arm — our in-house capability for building and deploying the workflows, automations, and AI systems our audits recommend.

AI workshop facilitator and outbound growth strategist who has helped 200+ companies generate leads and grow through modern outbound systems and AI-powered workflows.
Having worked with companies including ListKit AI Bees APN Consulting HubSnacks LeadCookie Flowd Agency, he specialises in helping small businesses use AI to improve marketing, sales, operations, and team productivity.
His workshops focus on practical implementation — teaching business owners how to use tools like ChatGPT and AI automation to save time, streamline workflows, and create scalable growth systems without needing a technical background.
